As an accountant EA and a licensed real estate broker, it is needless to tell you how business oriented I am. The state of Florida has made great progress with the endeavors of Governor Rick Scott - while nationwide America is still struggling to create jobs. In district 12, I have picked the Pine Hills and Washington Shore areas to start a pilot project, which I believe will drive supporters of my campaign to participate and contribute to such an interesting project. School drop-outs, early pregnancy, and drug dealing represent the basis for the level of poverty and crimes in Pine Hills. The citizens of Pine Hills deserve a second chance to change their living conditions through training and learning skills that can transform them into more productive citizens. As a result they will be capable of generating the income level and quality of life the citizens of Pine Hills are seeking and making Pine Hills competitive with other cities in district 12.

Citizens of Pine Hills must be trained, and they must acquire the necessary skills that will help them create wealth inicidental to the increase of the value of their real properties for a higher assessment - improving the collection of property taxes. To accomplish this vision I have formed a non-profit organization named D.R.E.A.M.12 (Devotional Resolution Empowering A Minority).
